We offer refunds only in the event that we have to cancel due to weather and you are unable to attend a rain date. We understand that things come up and will do our best to try and reschedule your session if possible.
Our scenes are designed so that you take your own photos. We will be more than happy to assist if you would like to get in on the photo or need advice on capturing the perfect shot.
A couple days before any event, we send out an email with information on our exact location and helpful info on parking, landmarks, cross streets, etc.
Everyone is welcome at our events. We design our scenes with little kids and babies in mind but always try to include a scene that the whole family could take part in. That being said, our scenes are always posted before the event so it‘s totally up to you to look at the scene and decide!
We can accommodate babies of any age and ability level. We can blend in baby-safe seating options upon your request.
We know you love your fur babies, we love them too! During the warmer months when we are outside, we aim to make certain dates pet friendly. It will be made clear that if it is a dog friendly event but if you are unsure, feel free to ask!
